Another edition of our “Monday Blue’s Wedding Proposals,” takes us to New York city where a surprised girlfriend gets the question popped to her on a public street in front of anyone who passes by. Guys, you take a big chance by surprising your girl with these types of proposals. Be certain the answer will be “yes.” All too often I have featured proposals that are major fails.
